In fairness they won my case! However, they gave me zero guidance to my cmp exam and they are impossible to reach over the phone! Customer service SUCKS! Don’t bother to leave a voice mail message because they NEVER return your calls. After seeing the forms/form they submitted I could have done i...t myself…. But I didn’t… I hired them because they are associated with a medical group…

Be conscience of the contract you sign with these people. The get paid more the longer they take to get your claim and get a huge sum of money for a few hours worth of work. They don't follow said contract and keep you in contact through the process and their staff is unprofessional and cannot answer... basic questions about your account. They also never answer their phones which may change now because they merged their phone service with vet comp and pen who hands you over to them. They both work to take as much as the veterans check as possible. They should be ashamed.

I would highly recommend you find another attorney to represent you in your appeal. For MONTHS my claim sat. Not only was the deadline missed entirely but they utilized an extension due to covid after discussing an appeal and then submitted a supplemental claim with zero new evidence at all. Not only... was my claim immediately denied but I struggled for MONTHS to even get in touch with their office regarding my appeal. Not a single person knew what was going on and I found myself having to rexplain my case to every person I spoke with. Not once was I reached out to regarding my claim from their office and instead I made every effort to find out new information. I did all the leg work for their company to obtain my records only to not submit them with his claim. Run as far as you can if you actually want a change in your decision/rating.

I sent an email to Mr. Trieschmann regarding a MEB appeal. He told me that he could assist me and to call him to discuss. I called him and explained the MEB issue that I was having. He started to talk about a VA claim and that he would send me to some Doctors, etc. He mentioned that he could charge a... few thousand dollars to handle a VA claim. I found that to be unethical because most VA attorneys charge a small fee ONLY if the veteran wins the an appeal. I haven't heard of an attorney that charges a few thousand dollars, especially for an initial VA claim that most soldiers file on base for free. An attorney is not supposed to charge a veteran for the initial VA claim. I explained that my case was for a MEB appeal and that I was going to work my VA claim with the VA rep on base (like most soldiers do). He immediately became very rude and defensive saying that I did not know sh** about what I was talking about. I was surprised by his reaction and I explained to him that I only needed assistance with a MEB appeal, not any VA disability claims. He stated that if I already had my VA claim ready, than why was I calling him now. That does not even make any sense. He was confusing a VA claim with a MEB appeal. This attorney is very rude and gets defensive when a potential client keeps trying to explain their issue because he seems to not understand/know what the issue is. Avoid this lawyer!
