James S. While in this position, James participated in 300 successful criminal prosecutions, including hihg profile felony cases. James also served as a torts claims attorney during his initial time as a judge advocate, where he investigated, adjudicated, and resolved claims filed under the Federal Tort Claims Act.

Money well spent
Mr. Trieschmann gets the tough jobs done. I had previously been rated at 90% before hiring him. I still needed 70% to reach 100% disability. He appealed a few of the claims the VA had previously denied and got them service connected. I am no 100% rated and it has opened a lot of new doors for me and ...
