Should not be allowed to represent veterans
To start with I don't even remember hiring him. He claims I hired him 6 years ago but he did nothing for me. I took it upon myself to file the proper paperwork and to submit my claim for hire level review and then when I finally get my claim this guy comes out of no where and says that I owe him. The...

no communication
My claims have all been denied and No one from this office has contacted me to explain next steps??

Poor communication then dropped without any explanation or warning
I contacted Mr. Trieschmann's office at the recommendation of another attorney. The office member who talked to me was barely understandable over all of the background noise at her end, but I signed the required paperwork. Service I’ve Received
Not sure was done for my case as I don’t remove having any contact during the process. What I am sure of is when I was approved for service-connection by the VA, I was contacted for payment. I overpaid this firm and notified them of the overpayment. I have notified them of this overpayment several...
We were able to obtain a HUGE win for you. Like all VA law firms, our fees are solely based on the amount that we can help you recover in backpay from the VA. When the VA makes a mistake in calculations, it affects your compensation and our fees. We were disappointed in the delay as well, but we made sure to refund any overpayment to you. It's unfortunate that you would leave such a poor review considering how much money we recovered for you.

Communication lol
I always had to reach out and never got a straight answer. Apparently after over 48 months someone notice I had no claim like I had been asking about for 48 months. Always was the VA problem in being slow or system not updated or I can see what the practice can see. Anyways, from what I can tell a V...
Mr. Mabry, Thank you for using your name to allow us to follow up with you. As we've now discussed, the issues with the VA recognizing our power of attorney on your case caused very unfortunate implications. We are already underway with another appeal to try to recover the lost backpay. We hope they give us the opportunity to rectify this for you.
