Unprofessional highway robbers
Be conscience of the contract you sign with these people. The get paid more the longer they take to get your claim and get a huge sum of money for a few hours worth of work. They don't follow said contract and keep you in contact through the process and their staff is unprofessional and cannot answer...
I'm sorry that you were not happy with your experience. Contingency fees are extremely common and help reduce the risk for the veteran. You pay nothing up front, nothing ongoing, and nothing if we lose. Our firm, Veteran Legal, is not associated with any other law firm and handle each call directly. We are always looking to improve and will continue to maintain our high standard for communication.
