Top Notch

The Social Security Disability process is overwhelming to say the least but with the right guidance and support backing you up it reduces the stress greatly. I was dealing with that stress as well as pain with my medical problems at the time. I made the decision to find an attorney to get my applic...ation filed for Social Security Disability. I chose Antonio Viera after doing my own research. He was everything he says he is. I was made to feel like I mattered and that my case was important to him. He handled my paperwork and kept his appointments accordingly. I was told about what would happen along the way and how it would be dealt with. There was no guess work. He made everything simple and easy to understand. So after all was said and done he did what he said he would do,and got me the Social Security Disability I so desperately needed. I am thankful for the care that was shown in my case and grateful to Antonio Viera and Jamie in the office. I am extremely happy I chose him to represent me.

Ssdi denied

Worst lawyer experience in my life a waste of a year-and-a-half. Never returns calls has his assistant Vicky handle everything! Showed up 40 mins late before hearing so only had 5 mins to go over everything before the hearing and then asked me ridiculous questions in front of the jugde that did nothi...ng to help my case! Above all else decided not to give the judge letters that were wrote on my behave by the poeple that have been taking care of me. He didnt even read them himself!!! Told me after i was denied that the judge made a lot of errors but he wouldnt be appealing the decision. (like i even would want him as my lawyer again even if he would)

Todd, I take each of my cases very seriously, and sincerely hate it when a client doesn’t get approved. Obviously, there are a lot of reasons that go into a judges decision, including how often someone sees their doctor, if they are treating at all, whether they worked after they alleged becoming disabled and the objective medical evidence. I cant go into the specifics of your claim here, obviously, due to confidentiality issues. I wanted to address, however, couple of your allegations. I showed up early for your hearing, and we spent a good deal of time that morning talking about the case. In addition to that, I had already met with you a month earlier to discuss in detail the upcoming hearing. I meet with every single client a month and a half before the hearing, and again early the day of their hearing. In addition, every single client gets my cell phone number. If you had any questions about the upcoming hearing or if you felt those two conferences were not sufficient, I wish you would called me with any additional questions, as I had asked you to do so. I apologize I did not read the letters you gave me the day of the hearing. However, as I mentioned during our prior conferences, and as the Judge's letter informing you of the hearing stated, there is a five day rule - and the judge will not receive documentation if it was not submitted at least five business days before the hearing. It’s not that I did not want to submit it, it’s that I was not allowed to because you brought the letters to the hearing instead of getting them to us early. I take each of my cases very seriously, and work hard for my clients. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you in person if you like. If it would help, a recording of the hearing was made, and I believe if you listen to it again you would see that your concerns were addressed at the hearing. Please let me know if you’d like to do this.

Antonio Viera did an excellent job.

Mr. Viera's initial meeting with me was short and to the point. He reviewed the highlights of my condition and told me that I had a fair chance at getting disability. I had all of my medical records sent to his office. He and I met once after the hearing date with the judge had been set and he ...briefly went over the procedure of the upcoming hearing. He met with me at the hearing office just before the hearing started and he explained once again how the hearing procedure would go. During the hearing, Mr. Viera brought up points from my medical records which demonstrated my disabled state. He and his office had clearly reviewed my medical records in detail. I would recommend Mr. Viera to anyone who is has a disability condition that is applying for disability benefits.

Mr Viera and his paralegal Vicki were beyond understanding and helpful. The response to my questions were beyond timely and always friendly. I would recommend Mr. Viera to anyone dealing with disability. In fact I sent a referral already to his office!

Social Security Disability

I was very impressed at first when I retained Antonio Viera's legal services. I was having difficulty with filling out any forms or just anything that I had to do with filing for Social Security Disability. I did not know where to go or how to do anything with filing for disability. That is one of th...e reasons I had to file. I was struggling with even just knowing where I was in my own neighborhood after my 3rd heart attack. I stumbled into Mr. Viera's office lost with only a week left to have to file for Disability. Antonio's secretary recognized that I was having difficulty and told me to sign some papers and they would handle the rest. I was so thankful because I was struggling with life in general. Fast forward about a year and a half later I got a call from Vickie setting up an appointment to see Mr. Viera about a week before my court date. When I showed up I could tell this was one of the first times Mr. Viera had even looked at my file and he was upset that I hadn't gotten a psych evaluation and it was so close to my court date and this was a big part of my case. This is where I felt helpless why hadn't anyone contacted me months ago letting me know this was something I needed for my case? Why I had hired them was that I needed their help because I was struggling with being able to do or accomplish anything by myself that was why I have trouble working or holding a job on the first place on top of multiple different problems I was having with life. But what could I do I was going to court and Mr. Viera is my lawyer to help me. The day of the court Mr. Viera was about an hr. late because of the weather but this did not help me with my anxiety problems and just how nervous I was about a very important day of my life and he was the one to put me at ease about the situation I was in and to help explain my case to the judge. To my surprise Mr. Viera did handle himself very well in the court room so I was happy with him because I was a wreck and was glad he had at least showed up and had my interests in mind explaining some of the problems I go through on a day to day basis. When it was over he said I would here from him in 2 1/2 months and to sit tight. Which was stressfull in itself because I had been borrowing money for the last 2 years and have just been having trouble with life in general. We are now going on about 4 months and I have not heard anything from his office? Not sure if he has any control of this but it would be nice to get some kind of call from his office letting them let me know they still have my interests in mind one way or another. So I don't know how I feel about Mr. Viera? His secretary Vickie seems to be real nice and gets back to me with in 24 hrs if I have any questions. I just not sure if Mr. Viera does? He didn't seem to know much about my case or the things that would help me before the trial. He seemed to think I should have known what I should have been doing to help my case. I would not been needing disability if I knew how to maneuver around a court room or just how to do anything to help my case that is the problem!
