Relentless effort!

Mr Osborne represented me in a personal injury case involving a commercial vehicle. His efforts in gathering evidence and preparing an iron clad case enabled us to settle without a long drawn out court case. I was always kept in the loop regarding my case which made the process tolerable. I am so glad that my wife and I chose Mr Osborne to represent us instead of one of the case mill television lawyers. The $600,000.00 settlement was life changing for us.

Review of Richard Osborne on workers comp case

I didn't contact Mr. Osborne until late in the process with workers comp. I was impressed with his ability to quickly assess the situation, make specific recommendations, and then successfully negotiate a good settlement with workers comp. Without him, I was lost and they were running over me! I highly recommend Mr. Osborne for any workers comp cases. Jon.

Outstanding Representation

I retained Mr. Osborne to represent me with my workers compensation case. He clearly explained my rights and course of action to pursue to a acceptable resolution of my claim. The case was settled without going to trial. Whenever I had a question or concern during the process, Mr. Osborne was ALWAYS available to take my call or return an email immediately!
