We are very thankful for Daviana’s help. I must admit that her office isn’t always responsive. She canceled an appointment or two. I could’ve been facing many years, and though I’m not sure she really specialized in the type of crime I committed I think that she got the best possible outcome for me. ...I will hire her again if needed, but I hope that I don’t have to.

Wow, where do I begin... It all started late 2018 I was in possibly the worst place I’ve been in my life. I was 21 years old and I ran into a heap of legal troubles. I was looking at a 2nd degree felony (fleeing & eluding). I hired an attorney and things weren’t going so well. I felt pressured into t...aking the states deal. One thing led to another. Here I am signing a deal for 364 days in county jail and I had no priors. Something told me that was a terrible idea. I ended up going back to the judge and withdrawing my plea. I fired the current attorney I had. Then, shortly after I met Daviana Braniff! She’s a very strong, confidently spoken, & very intelligent attorney. She knows what she’s doing to say the least. She came into my case very late due to my last minute changes but after all her hard work and super attorney skills she made it happen. I received a withhold of adjudication & probation. I will not be a convicted felon and that to me is worth more than anything. I believe she would have absolutely crushed it in trial had we went, but that’s a whole other story.
