Personal Injury Torts:
Edgar represents accident victims who suffer a physical, emotional, or fatal injury caused by a wrong doer. Edgar aggressively represents accident victims because as a former defense attorney for a major insurance company, he knows the techniques and strategies that insurance companies use to limit the legal rights of the accident victim.

Business Torts:
Edgar represents people seeking to conduct business who suffer economic damages caused by the intentional and wrongful acts of another person or corporation.  A person or a small business owner may also be exposed to further economic losses if important business decisions are made without first properly seeking adequate legal advice.

Edgar is recognized in the community as an aggressive, competent, and ethical attorney seriously committed to the pursuit of what is true, moral, and right. As such, Edgar has frequently been invited to appear as a guest on television, radio, and key note speaking events in order to discuss important and sensitive legal matters.

Edgar attributes his success to only one thing—upbringing.  As a child, Edgar was constantly reminded about the key elements to success: hard honest work, ethics, morals, always speak the truth regardless of the situation, and a strong faith in God.

Edgar is a proud Tampa native who personally understands the challenges a family faces in a new country.  Edgar’s father, mother, and wife all migrated to this country seeking freedom and opportunity.  The stories of the land left behind, the struggles his grandmother faced as a widow with three children in a new country where she did not speak the language, and the financial challenges a family faces in a new country all serve as the internal motivating fire in Edgar’s life to passionately protect the legal rights of the voiceless.
