Terrific Attorney!

Matthew is an excellent attorney! Not only did he get my case resolved in only a few weeks, but he was an extremely effective communicator! He is responsive, smart, articulate, and well versed in the laws. I highly recommend this attorney!

Awesome Experience!

Matthew Konecky was absolutely wonderful in handling my case. He communicated with me every step of the way and immediately answered any questions that came up. The perfect attorney

I never thought I would need legal services until the day that I did. I reached out to Matthew Konecky’s office and I spoke with him that same day. I met with him that same week to get started on resolving my circumstances. Matthew and his staff were prompt at returning phone calls and communicating ...relevant information about my case. They took their time to ensure that my questions were answered and that I had a clear understating of every aspect of the processes to resolve the case. Keeping the law in its lane

I have gone to Matthew twice now for traffic related issues. In one, he took care of me after I had hit another car, panicked, and drove away (Partly because I was already running on a thin schedule). We had a free consultation and he had gotten us up to speed with the legal info so that we knew ...exactly how the situation was. We hired him and he got us through the case with very minimal expenses, no need for trial. In the second case he took, I had been pulled over and falsely given a speeding ticket, stating I had been speeding. I sent the ticket to Matthew and he got it taken care of in pre-trial, no struggle or teeth-pulling on our part. He is a fantastic attorney, he guides you through the logistics of the legal system without getting you lost, is very upfront and honest, and will make sure you get the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a legal traffic issue.

The Best Lawyer Ever

I must say when I found out I could possibly be a convicted felon I was depressed, and so not my self. I called 11 lawyers pretending links I was looking for someone to represent my sister when in fact it was for me. Everyone basically said the same thing. “Pay them half of the money up front and the...y’ll represent me in court. They’ll try their best to keep me from going to prison but they can’t promise anything. Of the 11 lawyers Mr. Konecky was the only one that offered me a free consultation aside from the first initial phone consult. He called me back throughout the week to ask me how I was doing and even was on the look out to see if a warrant for my arrest was out. He told me NOT to in and make a statement because they will more than likely throw me in jail. I didn’t have the money that he required at the moment so he set up a payment plan with me and every time I could pay more I did until I paid it all. He set me up with a bondsman and he notified when a warrant was out for my arrest. It was just after the New Years and I promise you NO ONE knew I was arrested. I had family over and I told them I had to do some Overtime at work. I was gone for almost 4 hours due to the whole booking and processing. But I returned home soon after. I remembered calling Mr. Konecky because I was in nursing school asking him if I should quit being that I have this arrest on my record and the case is still pending. He said well are you failing? I said no I’m passing. He said well why quit. Don’t let this detour you from following your dreams. If you are convicted then we look at other options. But he was pretty sure that I would not be convicted or sentenced to jail. That little chat that we had pushed me to pursue my license and I did just that. I graduated May 31st and I became licensed on July 26th! Last week I got my court date for my expungement. Not only did I over come this hideous obstacle in my life I did it with the help of Matthew Konecky! He’s a God Sent! Thank you!
