SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT HIRE!

Never returned calls, never explained anything, never prepared........I fired him and hired another attorney that had my best interest at heart. Save your money, DO NOT HIRE!

HORRIBLE! DO NOT HIRE

He did not show up for court dates and the one time he did show he was completely unprepared.. He barely EVER returned ANY phone calls or emails. He filed absolutely NO DOCUMENTS with the court on my behalf and was completely non-responsive. He basically TOOK a few thousand dollars and HURT me and my... case way more than I can believe. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. He is completely irresponsible.

Experience with Mr. Cripps

Mr. Cripps was hired to simply terminate alimony upon remarriage. This process took 13 months for a simple statutory case. Mr. Cripps is incredibly unresponsive and showed up to a mediation appointment 1 hour late and completely unprepared. He fails to return calls, "no-shows" for appointments and... has zero follow through. The one striking situation that occurred is that Mr. Cripps failed to notify me of a hearing scheduled by my ex-spouses attorney and then failed to show himself resulting in me being imposed sanctions and fees via a summary judgement last July. Mr. Cripps stated that he "told" the judges office he could not attend and didn't realize the hearing took place. He also stated he was going to take care of the situation immediately. I found out a few weeks ago that he NEVER did a thing and I have been accumulating sanctions since last July at $200 per day. As is consistent with Mr. Cripps I have been pleading with him for updates and next steps but with little to no response.

Child custody

Not sure whose side he was on. Never returned calls or emails or followed through with anything he said he was going to. Failed to act in clients best interest instead was too close to opposing party . Failed to use evidence that was presented to him. Wins you in with lots of talk and then fails to f...ollow through with anything. Very disappointed and would warn anyone to reconsider before hiring him. Flat rate sounds good but not when he fails to follow through. This is not an attorney that represents his clients best interest.
