Simply put, Cathy went the extra mile and went above and beyond looking into every aspect of our case. We had previously retained an attorney that worked for several years and was unable to accomplish what Cathy did in 1/2 the time. Her dedication and devotion to this case made me feel as if it was her #1 case, when I knew she was working many others at the same time. Excellent!

Cathy was very thorough explaining things with my divorce while it was a very confusing time for me as a disabled man. Her and her assistant Bree made sure I would treated fairly for the rest of my life. I have recommended her to a friend and he is very happy as well.

She can do it all

Kathy has handled several things for me including child support and real estate, HOA and Mortgage concerns. All things were resolved to my benefit and I had very little stress. The details were all handled and I was always kept informed of what was happening. Kathy went above and beyond to use her resources to resolve all of my concerns. Fees are fair and reasonable. I will continue to utilize Kathy in the future.

Divorce lawyer

Cathy Lively litigated and saved my house so as an old crippled woman I would not be put out on the street. She waived some of her attorney fees because she knew I had no more money. This act of kindness renewed my faith in God and human nature.

Best. Lawyer. Ever.

I have turned to Cathy Lively for various family law issues (domestic violence protective injunction, modification of divorce settlement agreement, enforcement of divorce settlement agreement) over the course of the last decade and hold her in very high regard. Cathy Lively is trustworthy, ethical, strategic, brilliant. There is no other attorney I trust more to look out for my best interests and my family's. She is very aggressive in the courtroom--a real go-getter-- and will not take any other attorney's B.S. Finally, she has a lot of class. I would not ask anyone else to help me with legal matters. She is a great person and an equally great attorney.

Amazing!

Best of the Best Family Law Attorneys

I live in Arizona and had to hire an attorney in Florida to get my daughter back to live with me because I had a joint custody agreement that was not working out in the best interests of my child..in fact it turned out to be detrimental. Mrs. Lively was very quick to respond by getting me an Emergency Hearing with the Judge within ten days of contacting and hiring her. With her assistance, i won and was able to bring my daughter back to Arizona and eventually won sole custody. I wish that she was dual licensed to practice in Arizona as well because I would refer a lot of clients to her because she is an outstanding professional!!
