Cripps handled my divorce and handled it poorly. He did not communicate with me well during the process nor did he take the time to explain things to me. He simply forwarded motions and filings from my ex-wife's lawyer. I ended up losing a lot during this divorce and I feel like he contributed to tha...t. If I had simply read some reviews ahead of time, I most certainly wouldn't have gone with him.

I hired Mr. Cripps being referred to another lawyer in West Palm Beach County told me he was a very good lawyer. I’ve been dealing with the divorce for four years. I paid Mr. Cripps all the fee upfront that he asked for he did not do nothing. My license was suspended twice behind me missing a suppose...dly payment, every time he contacted the revenue for me he would charge me extra fees on top of the fees that the revenue would want to reinstate my license. He would act like he would put motions to open up the case to proceed with it and he would not do nothing. I deal with it for over two years of dragging me would not answer his phone. He just kept dragging me on and I told him I was gonna call the Bar association on him and he gave me Me back 2000 out of $4000

I had been using Mr. Cripps from the time my son was 2 for my initial divorce and child support and his fathers indiscretions until he was 13. Never once did he promise me ANYTHING! There were times I felt so frustrated and wondered what the hell he was doing? Why wasn’t he ordering drug tests? Why w...asn’t he fighting harder? All the while what I didn’t know was that Mr. Cripps knew the system inside and out and knew it would not fly. Not to mention the integrity and trust he has built with the courts is stellar! They know he’s not there to just throw anything at the wall to see if it sticks. The many many times we were in court we won, EVERY TIME! And when my sons father would show with a high payed attorney that his mom payed for they would try and bs, along with my ex, and lost! The one thing I truly regret was listening to a friend who convinced me to use another attorney at a very crucial point in time, that he had used and I ended up paying probably about 6 times what I would have paid with Cripps and I know he still would have done better than she did. I still won but even she didn’t think she did. There is no doubt in my mind he would have too! And better! Mr. Cripps would always talk me down. I was very emotional, scared, lost, angry, all the things! And he was so patient with me. I will never forget the one thing I always remember and carry with me that he told me, “he will hang himself” he said to me. At the time that frustrated me but when I look back I can tell he knew the type. He simply has seen it all. Mr. Cripps has a secret guys. He reads people. He knows what he is doing without having to charge people what these other thieving lawyers do! All with integrity, honesty, trust, and just no bs! So if you are looking to spend a lot of money on a “tiger” go right ahead! But my money would be on Mr. Cripps every time! He truly is a Godsend!

Total waste of time and money. Paid him upfront and that’s where things ended. Didn’t listen, never responds to emails and doesn’t care to do his job. Fought for nothing in court and ran out after it was over as if he had better places to be. I can’t say it enough but just find someone else. Spend th...e money on Someone who likes their job and actually wants to help you. Cheap is great but not in a divorce situation. Just don’t do it!!!!

I hired Mr. Cripps because the stress and anxiety from my divorce had taken a toll on me when suddenly my ex just stopped paying all support ordered to care for our children. I needed someone to take over and fight for me, not against me. Unfortunately in dealing with him, I didn't get what I needed.... Instead, I felt that being a divorce lawyer made him dislike women, or if not women, it made him bitter in general. Mr. Cripps would just talk over me, cut me off, wouldn't listen and just constantly interrupted me. I found this so frustrating, and increasingly infuriating as time went on dealing with him, but I had given him the agreed upon fee, which was a lesser amount than most lawyers were requesting. He made a horrible situation worse. He dropped the ball a few times, for example he was filling out papers in the court room that should have already been filled out before. I finally told him off, not once, but twice for constantly talking over me and being so condescending, but also for an insensitive, rude and incorrect summation of the relationship I was in at the time. As if he was privy to the subject, nor was it any of his business. Very insensitive and inappropriate. Again, my need for an attorney was due to my ex refusing to pay his court ordered child support and alimony while I was trying to rebuild my life and career. Such a stressful time and he added to the stress. He showed no empathy. In addition, I lost. My support went way down. I was now in major cc debt because that's all I had to pay for food, mortgage, car, and all other living expenses, with no relief coming now to cover the cc debt I had accrued over the almost 2 years my ex didn't pay, and Mr. Cripps disappeared. Never to be heard from again after leaving a voicemail telling me we'd go after other savings that was hidden away somewhere. Someone else wrote it well above, he gave me a cut rate, so I got cut rate service.
