Biography
Paul graduated with honors from the Florida State University College of Law in 1987. He is the founding shareholder of Anderson & Hart, P.A. Paul limits his practice to workers' compensation, serious personal injury, and wrongful death cases. He is admitted to practice law in all Florida courts and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. Paul has tried more than two hundred-fifty workers' compensation and personal injury cases. He has been a Workers’ Compensation Board Certified Attorney since 1998.
Paul is the only Florida attorney to serve as President of the Florida Justice Association, the Florida Workers' Advocates, and as Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar. Paul is a past member of the Workers' Compensation Board Certification Committee and currently sits on the Workers' Compensation Rules Advisory Committee.
Paul is a member of the Trial Law and Workers’ Compensation Sections of the Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association, the Florida Workers' Advocates, the Tallahassee Bar Association, the Capital City Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Southern Trial Lawyers Association.

Talks a good talk, BUT DEFINITELY doesn't walk the walk....
