Legal Bankruptcy Knowledge
Mr. Moffa and his team were very helpful to bankruptcy process, gave information to compile paperwork, made sure all was correct, even advised to bring quarters for courthouse parking. Overall process was smooth.

Replied last February 26, 2016This was a complicated Individual Chapter 11 case with numerous properties. We ended up with OVER 600 voting classes due to the number of recorded judgments, but we were able to confirm a plan that valued most of the properties at the current market value and re-worked the mortgages to more favorable terms and rates. Most of the mortgages were made "assumable" in the confirmed Plan.

Replied last February 26, 2016We handled this matter to make a statement that poor lawyering in bankruptcy needs to be "punished" By the time this lady found us, her "bankruptcy attorney" had lost her home to a foreclosure sale her trying to save it. We went after her prior attorney and were able to achieve a settlement of over $30,000 for this lady. We cannot allow bad lawyering to hurt people. She deserved better!
