I'm so thankful to Mr. Bigge to show me light at the end of the tunnel!!!
I've just lost my business and everything else, and yesterday my car that was free and clear got taken away by the sheriff due to a writ of execution for a credit car debt. I called a lot of attorneys, and they all said pretty much that couldn't get my car back, that filing bankruptcy will not help to get it back. Most of the conversations were handle by the paralegals and very few attorneys themselves will take the time to talk to me. When I called Mr. Bigge's law firm I left a message, within an hour Mrs. Rodriguez, Bigge's partner return my call. She really listened to me, was very honest, compassionate and showed me their law firm is really there to help. She helped me and made calls in my behalf with out even knowing me, called me back several times to mantain me informed, until Mr. Bigge was able to call me. When I spoke with Mr. Bigge, because of the emergency of my case that I was trying to get my car back, he scheduled me in the morning of the next day, even though he was booked for the day. Before I went to his office he had already talked to the plaintiff councel and could get my car back. When I met with Mr. Bigge at his office, and he started asking me questions I thought everything was so chaotic in my life, but Mr. Bigge guided me in the right direction, showed me the light and made me realize my priorities. He explain that he's not in my plan until a year from now, that really showed me he's not there to get client's money, instead that he's there for the client's best interest.
I know Robert Bigge professionally and I referred two family members to him on separate occasions. Robert called them both personally, met with both of them and fully resolved their financial hardships they were facing. He treated my family with dignity and respect.
A bankruptcy attorney can help you manage personal or professional debts you are unable to pay. Bankruptcy laws allow people and businesses to (1) get a “fresh start” by relieving most debts; and (2) repay the money owed to all creditors as fairly as possible.
If you owe money but need time to repay it, you may require the services of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy attorney. In a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, the court appoints a trustee to help you straighten out your finances. Unlike a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you are required to file a plan to pay off the money owed over a three-to-five-year period under bankruptcy court supervision.
If you owe more money than you can afford to repay over time, you may benefit from a Chapter 7 bankruptcy attorney's services. In a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, the person that owes the money is usually relieved of financial obligations and given a fresh financial start. However, a Chapter 7 bankruptcy may also require you to sell some of your assets to pay your debts.

Saved me and my family over $100K
Mr. Bigge and his staff are excellent - they are honest, direct and responsive. I had been sued on a defaulted second mortgage, in which the property went back to the original lender approximately 8 years ago.
Initially I did have to file bankruptcy and was in the process of making monthly payments to the trustee. After 5 months, I called Mr. Bigge because the financial impacts were starting to inundate me and my wife. Mr. Bigge went back to work and found that the original lender had not filed the proper deficiency in a timely manner. As a result, the amount I was being sued for was disqualified and my bankruptcy discharged after only 5 months!
Thank you to Mr. Bigge and his team!

Quite knowledgeable
Sometimes not taking a case speaks more volumes then taking one. Mr. Bigge explained the entire process, and after taking up his time for free, explained that my best option was not to file.

If there is any complication to your case, look elsewhere
I had used Mr. Biggie. I had a Creditor that I disputed as having a valid claim. Biggie did nothing even through there was a court order baring the creditor from any claim. Biggie office "neglected" to included assets that I had inform him of. by email and on the asset sheet.. End result, he ran away by quitting the case, never turned over my case file from his office even after he was requested numerous of times.. He only provided the documents that are on public record. He was paid in full, there is no legal reason from him not to provide my a copy of my case file as required by the Florida Bar,. Look elsewhere for another attorney.

BEWARE
Took my money ($2000) said i could be discharged in three months. Five months later my case was thrown out of court due to incomplete filing on his part. Reinstated case only to find out it was not filed properly the second time. It is now exactly one year later since I paid him in full and I still am dealing with creditors attempting to serve me. I tried calling, writing, and faxing Mr. Bigge multiple times (daily basis) and I get no response. He never kept me in the loop on what was happening and has made the entire experience a nightmare. Shop around, I know a couple who paid $1200 and were discharged in two months hassle free.
