Christian Panagakos is the founder and Managing Member of Florida Bankruptcy Advisors, a consumer-focused law firm that strives to help individual consumers understand their legal and financial rights as permitted under both state and federal law. He has been a licensed attorney since 1995 and is a current member of both the U.S. District Court and the Bankruptcy Court for Florida’s Southern District.
Throughout his career, Mr. Panagakos has led or supported over $300M in closed transactions across a variety of industries and business capacities. Seeing a need in the South Florida market for a law firm geared to helping individual consumers fight financial challenges caused by the recession, Mr. Panagakos began Florida Bankruptcy Advisors.
