David A. Salomon

David Salomon is an experienced trial attorney in South Florida and former Broward County Assistant Public Defender.  David graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2002, where he was distinguished for his volunteer work in the community with the Guardian Ad Litem Office in Broward County.  David became a member of the Florida Bar in 2002.

David is a graduate of JP Taravella High School, in Coral Springs and has been a member of our great community for 30 years. 

After graduating from Nova Southeastern University's Law School, David became a proficient trial lawyer at the Broward County Public Defender’s Office, handling a wide range of criminal cases.  In private practice, David has handled legal matters in the areas of criminal defense, bankruptcy, pre-litigation personal injury, contract disputes and immigration. In 2010, he became a member of the Federal Bar where he led trials as part of the Volunteer Lawyers Project.  David has tried civil cases to verdict in both State and Federal Court. 

While running a successful business, David continued to place a high priority towards volunteering in our community.  As a law student, he was honored for his commitment to participation in charitable organizations including the Broward County Guardian Ad Litem program, dedicated to helping Broward County children who suffered abuse.   In 2011, David became a member of the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association, an organization focused on helping members of our community of all socio-economic backgrounds. In 2014, David was elected as President of the BCHBA, further promoting this ethic of volunteerism to its members. David is also member of the Broward County Justice Association since 2013.

David has tried a wide variety of cases including Federal, Civil Rights, Contracts, Criminal and Family matters.  He brings his experience to every case he handles and expects to achieve the best possible outcome for every single one of his clients.
