There are many lawyers, but not so many good ones, that is why it is so important to find one who has knowledge of the subject, who has experience and who speaks clearly to you about the possibilities of the case, who speaks to you truthfully who tells you from the first appointment What will the pro...cess and procedure be like, to tell you what are the ways to win the case and most importantly it explains very well and in detail as many times as necessary. All this and more finded with the lawyer Erick Clayman, super grateful for his EXCELLENT work, he was very professional, very tactical when acting in court, very human and kind in dealing with his client and above all of great help before hiring his services legal, throughout the process and even after finishing the case, which had an extraordinary and satisfactory result. My experience was incredible, Mr. Clayman and his team never left us alone or unattended, he always answered our messages and calls regardless of the day and time, a very important detail for you as a client. I 1000% recommend him and his wonderful work team.

My son was arrested unjustly and when I say we were under so much stress! Eric was referred to us by a mutual acquaintance and we called him and he was so honest and so helpful. He has an amazing team Connie is a god send and made us feel like we were a priority and I’m sure he had plenty of Cases. ... He got my son out after writing an amazing motion. Even though he’s a white man he understood what a young black man can go through in this world and he made us feel supported. Life is what you make it and I’m glad to have experienced good people in law my support is never ending he has a client and a fan forever !!!!

As other reviewers already stated, this guy is lazy and will waste all of your money without giving you any morsel of justice, but in addition, he also not that bright when it comes to law. For example, this guy was on my case for 2.5 years and did not know that an ATF Warrant issued out on me was in...valid because of the lack "Particularity". The ATF Warrant only specified my address and nothing else. It didn't even specify the words Incorporation in reference to the Search Warrants Affidavit. The Particularity Requirement of a Warrant is something you learn at the very beginning of Law School so how in the hell Eric didn't realize that warrant was invalid? After two years, I (layperson) was the one to inform him (the legal counsel) that it was invalid via email with Case Law included. How this guy managed to pass the Bar Exam is beyond me? Even worse, he doesn't communicate at all. Since I signed a Waiver of Appearance and didn't have Discovery nor any Transcripts, he effectively locked me out of my own case. On the two year anniversary of my case, I had to file a complaint to the Florida Bar to force him to give over Discovery; hence, me finding out the ATF Warrant was invalid because there is no copy of the Search Warrant Affidavit. By the way, this guy brags about knowing the State Attorney and Judges personally. Now, this may work in your favor if you are guilty of something with strong evidence against you but if you are innocent with weak evidence against you then you are in BIG trouble because Eric is not willing to make the State Attorney Office look bad by raising Constitutional Rights Violations in your case Even the Private Investigator that he assigned to my case was suspicious on him. His initial suspicion stems from the fact that the case was more than two years old and Eric didn't realize that the ATF warrant was invalid because of the lack of Particularity. His own Private Investigator kept asking me how could Eric not know this given that he is a lawyer? My response was, "I don't know?" After Eric failed to bring up Brady Material/motion to dismiss at my Status Hearing, his Private Investigator suggested to me that I may want to seek another attorney.
