Requested assistance with a divorce proceeding. The first meeting went well enough, but each meeting after she was late by at least 10-30 minutes and other were rescheduled last minute, because of her inability to maintain her schedule some deadlines were missed and she kept needing to update documen...ts, when discussing details of my case she would get argumentative like she was trying to stand up for my ex-wife, she didn't pay the best attention to verbal instructions and I found myself having to redo her paperwork on some of the important stuff. All in all she cost a lot of money and it cost me just as much in my sanity. I would NOT recommend men using her divorce services.

Milene did not provide adequate advice on my case. Her team was disorganized I missed important deadlines. After I fired Milene as a lawyer, she rushed to complete additional work on my case without my approval and sent me a hefty bill that I had to dispute in court. The case was not resolved but ...she still filed a lien on my property. This is the type of lawyer that goes against her clients.

If I could give Milene Hernandez 0 stars, I would! I first went to see her and she seemed nice and assured me she would always be available to answer her e-mails and speak over the phone. I spent over $12,000 on her and she didn't do anything for me. When we were ready to finalize the agreement (afte...r going to court and accomplishing NOTHING), she said she wouldn't send my paperwork to the court until I paid her the money I owed her in full. My case is still open and I need to obtain another attorney. Like in a previous review, she spent unncessary hours on my paperwork and repeated my child support guildlines multiple times. She isn't a strong fighter which is why anyone would even hire an attorney. Even though she charged unncessary things and didn't finish her job as an attorney, she harrassed me until she got her money. She is very inappropraite and hides when you confront her office about her making a mistakes and can't take time to talk to you over the phone. I recommend anyone who comes across this name over the internet to stay away.

I hired Milene for my divorce and I ended up with debt and no results. She met with me many times and sent many papers to the court which I was charged for all of the work and ended up hearing her trying to convince me that my husband would win. I was devasted during the mediation and she showed no s...ympathy towards me and ran out of the court room the moment it was over with no results. I believe she doesn't know the law well, doesn't know how to fight for your rights according to the law, and really only cares about getting paid. The office would also take my paid time to speak with my ex and send him reminders as if working for him instead of me. Even though I was paying her she never had time to speak with me and wouldn't return my emails. She would have her assistant call me instead and the assistant couldn't answer certain things because as she would say to me "I'm not a lawyer". I regret hiring her I ended up with a lot of debt and NO results. Milene doesn't have the back bone to be a strong knowledgeable lawyer, so if you need a fighter she is not the lawyer you want to hire. Very disappointed and I got no results.
