This lawyer could serve you well if you are seeking a legal form to be filled and filed with the court (or something straightforward), but if litigation is required, I think better counse...l can be found. We believed in the case more than we did him and so was willing to see it through. That was a mistake on our part. The case was settled overall in our favor upon my insistence to go to court, though he was against doing so and on many occasions tried to have us settle. In the end it was clear he wanted to walk away once our money ran out. Instead of continuing to find money to pay him, it was best to be finished with him and take the small loss. In conclusion, regardless of how strong your case might be, under his representation you stand a chance to lose or settle. So beware and I hope this turns out to be helpful to someone.
