Good business lawyer
I have used Tory for over ten years. She is a great litigator - which makes her great at general business law. She knows how to avoid litigation by being good at it. Her billing practices are fair.

This attorney is untrustworthy
This attorney had me sign a retainer form for pro bono work for a corporation for which I am a director but never gave me a copy. Later she "pretended" that I misunderstood and that she was representing me as a "different" entity entirely. She still refused to give me a copy of the agreement I signed...
