Leighton Law represented me during a Medical Malpractice issue. The dynamics of the case were complicated and compounded by an extensive hospitalization however, Mr. Leighton and his firm were able to sort through a plethora of records- some incomplete- in order to establish culpability.

John Leighton fought long and hard for our case. He didn't just settle for the quick buck . He was in it for the long haul and never gave up the fight. When obstacles appeared John came up with solutions that helped our case. He fought hard at the trial and through the appeals to get us the best ...

"John Leighton is a highly skilled and knowledgeable attorney. The level of dedication he puts into his work is extremely impressive. Mr. Leighton always gives his all to his cases. I can assure you that if he is fighting your case, you are in great hands. I am proud to endorse him."
"John is a well respected attorney in the legal community. His experience, competency, and uncompromising legal knowledge in personal injury matters is second to none. More importantly, John is a tireless advocate for his clients, always keeping their best interests in mind. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs the assistance of a top notch attorney."
"I had the pleasure of working with John on a Guardianship matter in which he was appointed the Attorney Ad Litem for a minor. John was knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional. I would recommend John to any client that would need a personal injury attorney."
"John is exceptionally intelligent, thoughtful and a leader in his field. He is a true pioneer in helping crime victims seek civil justice."
"I highly endorse this lawyer. John Leighton is recognized nationwide as one of the experts in his field. Not only does he fight passionately for his clients, he is also an author, speaker and legal scholar. If you or someone you know find themselves in a catastrophic situation due to the negligence of others, John Leighton is the attorney you want fighting on your side."
"I highly endorse John Leighton. He is dedicated, committed and highly ethical. There are few attorneys who compare to him in depth of knowledge and skill within his practice areas."
"When a potential client or referral source says ... "If I needed a lawyer, I would get John Leighton." Such a statement would be quite flattering. For me, I did such a thing when presented with an incredibly difficult liability case involving a young man that was catastrophically injured. I knew that John was widely respected, published, skilled and possessed unique expertise that would benefit my client. I called John and we instantly went to work. Tireless, assertive and dedicated are just a few words to describe John's work. He took a very difficult case, invested substantial time and resources eventually resolving the same in favor of our client. While I learned that John's legal skills are tremendous ... so is his dedication to his family and to his community. Probably one of the most under appreciated traits ... is that John keeps his clients and referral sources updated ... which is greatly appreciated. I sincerely endorse John Leighton whether in Florida or elsewhere."
"I endorse Attorney Leighton. From his answers and time on Avvo, it is clear he is dedicated to serving those in need and his clients. It's rare that lawyers spend so much valuable time helping the community, for free, and I applaud him for doing it to such a great level. Kudos."
"I warmly recommend John Leighton as an extremely talented trial lawyer, not only poised at all times in front of the jury and knowledgeable of all potentially relevant issues, even those most would deem so tangentially related to the issues at hand as to be rendered inconsequential, but also possessed of a very seldom seen warmth, compassion, and empathy which his clients respond to, whether consciously or unconsciously, in a manner that is not only apparent to the jury and something that better allows them to relate to his clients in a holistic manner, but which even more importantly allows his jurors to share somehow in the trust joining lawyer and client. Sincerely, David B. Dohner, Esq."
"John is an excellent lawyer with a great reputation as a fair, experienced litigator. He has successfully handled a wide range of personal injury cases throughout his career. John has earned the respect of fellow trial lawyers. John represents his clients to the best of his ability. I wholeheartedly endorse John."
"John Leighton is a well-known lawyer in the South Florida community and has an excellent reputation. I've also attented his presentations, which were outstanding! He is truly an inspiration!"
"I endorse this lawyer. John and I recently worked on a case together. His firm was diligent and he obtained an excellent result."
"I endorse this lawyer. John is a truly exemplary attorney in every way. I have personally worked with John on a case in Florida that involved interstate trucking and a very serious collisions with fatalities and permanent injuries, including a brain injury. John got every dime on the table for the clients and was excellent to work with on the case. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He was very attentive to the clients and was an excellent communicator. We had one of the toughest defense lawyers I have seen in a long time and John handled him with no problem. I have worked with John on other cases as well as served with him on Boards of the largest national Trial Lawyers group, the American Association of Justice where he has been a regular speaker and has served in numerous leadership positions. You can't do any better than John. I highly recommend John."
