Excellent Attorney
Leighton Law represented me during a Medical Malpractice issue. The dynamics of the case were complicated and compounded by an extensive hospitalization however, Mr. Leighton and his firm were able to sort through a plethora of records- some incomplete- in order to establish culpability.

Put Leighton Law in your corner!
John Leighton fought long and hard for our case. He didn't just settle for the quick buck . He was in it for the long haul and never gave up the fight. When obstacles appeared John came up with solutions that helped our case. He fought hard at the trial and through the appeals to get us the best possible outcome after five years. We would highly recommend John Leighton for any personal injury case. He is a very caring lawyer that goes the extra mile for the client.

The Best!
John and Max Panoff were dedicated, persistence, encouraging and highly knowledgeable. They believed in me and represented me to the fullest. To that end, my case settlement set a precedent in the south Florida marketplace. I have already given their name to others and I highly recommend them. They are straight shooters and I like that. They definitely put the client first and want what is best for them.

I was plaintiff in car accident case where I suffered a TBI amongst other physical losses. It was difficult for me to withstand the rigorous demands of the justice system as my case inched forward. John was particularly sensitive to my limitations, yet moved forward expeditiously , determining the truth and magnitude of my injuries. Having successfully determined the extent of these losses, John again expedited the process for settlement and conclusion so I might resume life in my "new normal " state. I am incredibly grateful to John for his kind, caring, professional and exceptional representation on my behalf.

Professional, knowledgeable and committed to clients
I can't say enough about the level of professionalism, integrity and honesty that was shown to me by John and his team. I was introduced to John by a business acquaintance -- I was looking for legal counsel regarding a rather complex medical malpractice issue. John and his team did a superb job in leading me through the legal process and diligently pursuing the necessary experts. In the end, and despite the fact that his firm had invested considerable time and out-of-pocket expense, John felt that the case was too ambiguous to take forward, largely because it could represent a personal financial risk to me. Obviously, I would have preferred an outcome where I received some form of compensation. But I consider myself incredibly lucky to have found a team of knowledgeable attorneys who actually placed my interests before theirs. I have no hesitation in giving this firm the highest possible recommendation.

The Best
my lawyer was excellent. They stayed in contact and did not make a decision on my case that I was not asked first. They showed me respect, care, and comforted me as well. They helped give my children a better life and future. I will never be able to thank them enough.

Perfect Choice!!
I found John & Max, as well the entire office team, to be focused upon a positive outcome while recognizing the humanistic emotional roller coaster involved with litigation. Their ability to offset stress with humor, genuine empathy, and real life experience is certainly an attribute found rarely in the legal community. Thanks for a job well done!!!

Excellent attorney
He was very responsive with my case. He kept me informed of status on a regular basis. Gave me information to decide what course of action and with his knowledge helped me choose direction to take. I would recommend him at the highest level. After utilizing his services I needed advice on choosing an attorney for a domestic matter, he didn't hesitate to answer my call and direct me. I have recommended him twice to other individuals who needed the advice of an attorney.

John not only took on my case but showed that he cared about me and my family. I don't know what I would have done without the help of him and his colleagues.

Jill - Client
John recently litigated a case for my husband and I that resulted in permanent injuries. He was compassionate and meticulous about his work. We were kept informed of the process and had all our questions answered. John's work ethic and honesty helped make it easier for us trying to resolve our case from a different state. He is truly a find and his integrity makes it easier to have faith that your case will be handled in a manner that is best for your benefit. He is not afraid to search for the truth and take on big companies. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a personal injury case. It has truly been our pleasure having worked with John.

Outstanding Lawyer
I used this lawyer for two cases, both of which were extremely difficult. John handled them both flawlessly, and won both times, meeting or exceeding our expectations. I have known him since he became a lawyer, and I can say, without any doubt, that he is a most ethical and honest lawyer - the type of lawyer that most people think has become extinct. He was attentive to every detail of our cases and kept my wife and me well informed of the progress of both cases. I highly recommend him to anyone who has suffered a personal injury.

John is an excellent attorney. I am a physician and lawyer and find that John Leighton's legal and communicative skills are excellent. He is the "go to guy" for legal help and he is the attorney I recommend for legal matters.

President - Major Services Company
In my opinion, John is a rare find - a person with the utmost integrity, extreme intelligence, and personal committment & caring for the people he represents. I found John to be one of the few lawyers that has effectively combined doing the right thing with the demands of legal process and procedure. John is passionate about his work, but realistic about the potential outcomes. He shows a real concern for his clients, even if it means making a decision not to his benefit. He navigates the complex legal aspects of the case with surgical precision, but never forgets to keep it simple. He is extremely knowledable, but willing to reach out for help to ensure the best possible outcome. He is what all lawyers should be. I am honored to have been his client.

"When a potential client or referral source says ... "If I needed a lawyer, I would get John Leighton." Such a statement would be quite flattering. For me, I did such a thing when presented with an incredibly difficult liability case involving a young man that was catastrophically injured. I knew that John was widely respected, published, skilled and possessed unique expertise that would benefit my client. I called John and we instantly went to work. Tireless, assertive and dedicated are just a few words to describe John's work. He took a very difficult case, invested substantial time and resources eventually resolving the same in favor of our client. While I learned that John's legal skills are tremendous ... so is his dedication to his family and to his community. Probably one of the most under appreciated traits ... is that John keeps his clients and referral sources updated ... which is greatly appreciated. I sincerely endorse John Leighton whether in Florida or elsewhere."

"I warmly recommend John Leighton as an extremely talented trial lawyer, not only poised at all times in front of the jury and knowledgeable of all potentially relevant issues, even those most would deem so tangentially related to the issues at hand as to be rendered inconsequential, but also possessed of a very seldom seen warmth, compassion, and empathy which his clients respond to, whether consciously or unconsciously, in a manner that is not only apparent to the jury and something that better allows them to relate to his clients in a holistic manner, but which even more importantly allows his jurors to share somehow in the trust joining lawyer and client. Sincerely, David B. Dohner, Esq."

"I endorse this lawyer. John is a truly exemplary attorney in every way. I have personally worked with John on a case in Florida that involved interstate trucking and a very serious collisions with fatalities and permanent injuries, including a brain injury. John got every dime on the table for the clients and was excellent to work with on the case. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He was very attentive to the clients and was an excellent communicator. We had one of the toughest defense lawyers I have seen in a long time and John handled him with no problem. I have worked with John on other cases as well as served with him on Boards of the largest national Trial Lawyers group, the American Association of Justice where he has been a regular speaker and has served in numerous leadership positions. You can't do any better than John. I highly recommend John."
