Real estate is my main area of practice. I handle all kinds of real estate transactions, from single family residential closings to complex commercial acquisitions and financing. I also represent parties in various real estate litigation matters such as quiet title, easement and partition actions; as well as work-outs of troubled or toxic loans. I represent lenders in foreclosure actions.

I represent personal representatives and other fiduciaries, as well as heirs, beneficiaries and creditors involved in the administration of estates and trusts.

I represent business owners in the process of choosing and setting up the business entity most suited to their needs.

I represent individuals in the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, living wills, durable powers of attorney, designations of pre-need guardians and health care surrogates, and other documents designed to plan their estate and its administration.
