Best probate attorney in South Florida
If you are looking for an attorney for a probate issue, look no further. My mother had a Will dispute with her late husband’s daughter and Jose Lorenzo and his team were able to find inconsistencies in the case that made it possible for my mother to get what she deserved. Mr. Lorenzo was always available (even on weekends) and made sure my mother understood everything that was going on throughout the process. Mr. Lorenzo is extremely knowledgeable at what he does and goes above and beyond to find the most favorable outcome for his clients. It was a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend his law firm to anyone looking for a probate attorney.

We went to the Lorenzo law firm to have my estate planned. They did an amazing job. All our questions were promptly answered. We received a binder as a copy of my planned estate at the end, where the language was very clear and concise. I believe the will the Lorenzo law firm made me will be a valuable resource for us as a couple for many years to come. Best probate lawyer
Words alone can not Express how grateful I am for having found Jose Lorenzo. My mother passed a year ago and I was battling with my sister's over the sell of my mom's property (they essentially where trying to take it all) Jose helped me emotionally and financially in the probate court to get what I was rightfully owed equally. He is a phenomenal lawyer and highly recommend him for anyone who need's an awesome probate lawyer!

My experience with Car Accident Lawyer, Jose Lorenzo was nothing less than excellent, as he is caring, ethical, innovative, and brilliant. Jose was very informative in answering all of my questions, concerns, and gave me good advice. The entire ordeal was very worrisome; but he made me feel so reassured. He is very friendly and understanding of my situation. He knew exactly how to deal with the big insurance company and that made me feel a whole lot better. I was very happy with my compensation from the settlement check as some money went to pay back the medical providers. He even negotiated my medical bills to a lower amount. I’m very thankful to him. Very kind and helpful attorney
I had questions about how to proceed with probate and a possible missing Will after my Dad’s death. Mr. Lorenzo was very kind and helpful. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions with the facts about Florida law and Broward County processes. He also gave me additional advice based on the situation I described to him. I wasn’t sure how to proceed, but after speaking with him I now know what my options are. Me Lorenzo was professional, and very knowledgeable about guiding me through what the legal process would be. He made sure I understood everything and addressed my concerns, about legal fees, etc. Unlike most of the attorneys I consulted, he disclosed all fees upfront with his retainer and had no hidden fees to be added later.
