Biography
Brian Kirlew is a board-certified criminal trial lawyer and the founding partner of The Kirlew Law Firm in Miami. He is Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law by The Florida Bar — a distinction held by fewer than 2% of Florida attorneys and the Bar's highest recognition of a trial lawyer's skill and experience — and has been selected to Super Lawyers ten times.
The son of immigrants, raised in South Florida, Brian has built his entire career in the courtroom. He has tried 65 cases to a jury as counsel of record, personally handled more than 5,000 cases, and taken over 7,500 depositions. He began as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade, where six years in the trenches built the investigative instinct and courtroom command that define his practice today.
