Michael James Pascucci

Michael J. Pascucci is a trial lawyer with a strong background in consumer advocacy, personal injury and insurance claims including homeowner’s insurance claims, automobile accidents, premises liability, products liability and other bodily injury claims. Prior to co-founding Eggnatz, Lopatin & Pascucci, LLP, Mr. Pascucci worked for a large Plaintiff’s law firm where he handled hundreds of cases at various stages from pre-suit through trial. Prior to that, Mr. Pascucci worked as a defense litigation attorney where he represented several insurance companies and some of the largest retail corporations in the country, providing him with an insider’s perspective on how insurance carriers and corporate legal departments litigate cases and handle claims made by the injured and/or the consumer.

Born and raised in South Florida, Mr. Pascucci is a proud resident of Cooper City, Florida where he lives with his wife, Allyson and their daughter, Ansley. Mr. Pascucci has long been dedicated to the goal of fighting for justice and has taken a leadership role in his academic and professional pursuits. Mr. Pascucci obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad law Center at Nova Southeastern University where he was an active, competing member of Moot Court and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Prior to law school, he obtained his B.S. in Finance at the University of Central Florida where he was a member of several prestigious honor societies. Mr. Pascucci also took an active role in UCF’s Student Government where he was a three-term Senator and was elected to the prestigious office of Speaker of the Student Government Senate. During his tenure, he received several distinguished recognitions including the Inter-Fraternity Council Lifetime Achievement Award and President’s List.

Today, Mr. Pascucci is focused on protecting the rights of the injured and consumers who do not have the financial resources or legal knowledge the insurers and large corporations have. He believes the jury system is the most important democratic system on Earth and is passionate about working within the civil justice system to ensure that victims are treated properly and made whole after an injury or accident.
