I’m a trial attorney who helps injury victims and their families find a clear path forward when a serious accident turns life upside down.

As the founding lawyer of Clear Path Injury Law, I focus my practice on personal injury cases, combining a lifelong commitment to public service with the courtroom skills I developed handling high-stakes cases in state and federal courts.

I began my career as a public defender in Miami and later as an Assistant Federal Public Defender in Dallas, where I tried complex cases, argued motions and appeals, and trained other attorneys in trial advocacy. My experience taught me how to prepare cases thoroughly, simplify complicated evidence, and present persuasive arguments to judges and juries—skills I now use every day for injured clients.

In my practice, I prioritize clear communication, honest advice, and meticulous preparation so clients can make informed decisions at every step. Whether a case is resolved through settlement, motion practice, or a jury trial, my goal is always the same: to take on the legal burden so my clients can focus on healing and rebuilding their lives.
