So happens that I had a Haitian internet troll , apparently a friend of a client, a “Pauline”, send me an email trying to tell me what the law is. Apparently this idiot , who I have no idea who she is, read an email that I sent to a client and sent me an email saying I forgot “X”. I put the idiot in her place, with a cc to the client, and buala…”Avyanna Torres” appears, the same day I responded to the idiot , with this tale. Never had a client name “Avyanna Torres”, the “case” is a total fabrication. I had to select a rating, or couldn’t post a response , so I selected what my real clients have .

kick ass lawer

unemployment appeal

I hired attorney to represent me for unemployment compensation appeal. He was very concerned about me and my rights. He took time to gather all information about my case was always available to answer any concerns I had. On day of phone hearing he was aggressive, asked pertinent questions and i won case!I high recommend him!

An excelente lawyer

I extremely recommended this lawyer to someone needs to represent themselves in unemployment cases, He is still my lawyer ever for ever and I need to thank God to illuminate my mind when I selected him. Good Man/Good Lawyer

This lawyer helped me get my money back from a tyranical employer who just refused to pay for my last month of work. A friend told me about this guy so I made an appointment to see him. I started telling him what had happened, and this guy immediately showed a genuine concern for what I was going through, and knew exactly what kind of people I was dealing with, and told me "don't worry, they know they must pay you, they just need a little motivation, I'll motivate'em". Anyways, to make a long story short, I got my money back from this silly company-and then some. This guy is a bulldog.

Excellent Attorney

Mr. Rivera-Ortiz is excellent. I was denied unemployment and he did the appeal for me. He answered all my questions and took his time to explain all my rights. He prepared me for the unemployment hearing and it came out exactly as he told me it would. I highly recommend him.

Highly Satisfied Client

Mr. rivera was 100% professional at all times. He answered every question that I had with great detail. He made sure I understood evey detail of the case even the over the head legal statements in my case I had no idea of what it was.

Do not recommend

Handled my family case to get a green card. We had to paid in total of $15,766 for everything. After a few years we all were denied but he insisted if we pay more he can make things right. I was referred to him by a former coworker. Never again. He overpriced everything. I should of done more research on his firm. No other reviews explains if he ever won a case like mines before.
