Jodi Strang assisted me during a very difficult and trying period in my life between 2008 and 2013. Subsequent to the crash of 2008 I found myself with three properties that had a combined loss in value of almost $3,000,000.00, putting me in a substantial negative equity position. Two of those proper...ties had 2nd lien positions of approximately the same amount as the first, making it very difficult to obtain deficiency judgment waivers from all the lenders, for which I was insistent on having at the time of the transfers of all the titles. We finally sold and closed on the last property in March of 2013, for which Jodi was instrumental in negotiating deficiency judgement waivers for me of almost $2,000;000.00.
