Biography
Born and raised in Miami, Jacqueline A. Salcines earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Miami. After five years as an accountant in her family’s firm, she pursued her passion for business law by attending the University of Miami School of Law at night while working as a paralegal by day, receiving her J.D. in 1998. She began her legal career interning at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office and then served as an associate at a firm handling federal and civil litigation, criminal defense, and real estate matters. In 2000, she launched Jacqueline A. Salcines, P.A. (now Salcines Law), dedicating her practice to real estate law, title services, business law, debt settlement, and corporate litigation. For over 26 years, Ms. Salcines has combined her accounting background and extensive legal experience to guide clients through real estate transactions and contract disputes across South Florida, the United States as well as international clients. With an emphasis in real estate law and real estate litigation, Ms. Salcines has vast knowledge and experience offering closing and title services, as well as tax advice for real estate purchases, entity incorporation, tax savings for real estate and all types of landlord tenant and commercial matters. Her office Is located in Coral Gables, Florida.
