Biography
I am a member of the Real Estate, Business & Finance, and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Groups in the South Florida focused law firm of Assouline & Berlowe, P.A. My practice focuses on institutional and private commercial real estate investors, developers and lenders active in South Florida. In addition to assisting clients with acquisitions, site development, negotiating and/or drafting agreements for construction or major improvements, and related loan documents, a portion of my practice is devoted to debt and equity structuring in order to assist clients in the formation and capital raising aspects of their ventures. I also have extensive experience representing clients who have experienced financial difficulties and need counseling in maximizing the value of their assets or improving their cash flow. Similarly I have represented lenders in working out real estate loan transactions that have not gone well.
