Not horrible. But not great either.

We used Jodi for a real estate purchase in the Miami area in 2023. On the pro side, she seemed nice, experienced, and competent, and ultimately got our deal over the finish line. On the other hand, there were several things we did not like about working with her: * We did not sign an engageme...nt letter... * So it wasn't clear if she was representing us or herself or the State of Florida * Though her fees ultimately were reasonable, they were not clear. * Jodi was often hard to reach and I was left frustrated by her lack of responsiveness. * We felt unprepared at the closing table and was presented with documents to sign and settlement numbers to approve that I hadn't seen previously and didn't have time to check. * We tried reaching with a few post-closing questions, but she was unresponsive. It wasn't a horrible experience, but it wasn't a great one either.

It would be helpful to know who this person is to be able to authenticate this review and to address. I do not handle closings for the firm as we have a dedicated team of expert paralegals that are consistently in touch with our clients. If a client has an issue, they can always reach out to me directly and even my personal cell phone is readily available. This review also does not mention any other team members, so not quite sure if this is real. We handle litigation cases as well and often have frustrated clients on the other side of our lawsuits... so I assume this could be one of those. Again, if there is an issue with a person on our expert team, it would be helpful to know... as I do not personally handle real estate closings, I am an administrator here and oversee them. If the person who placed this review would be so kind as to contact our firm, I would be happy to discuss and address with the appropriate team member. Otherwise, we pride ourselves in offering a very exclusive and personalized experience from contract to closing... and if there were an experience that for some reason fell below standards, we are accountable always.

Coconut Grove Home Purchase

I would like to thank Jodi and her staff for assisting us with our first-time home buying experience. They were so quick, efficient, and responsive that we were even able to move up our closing date. The closing went extremely smoothly and Jodi took the time to explain each page of the closing docume...nts during the signing process. We are very grateful for the excellent job they did and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Best Attorney EVER!!

I had a very difficult short sale and Jodi and her staff helped me through every step of the way. Communication was key and there was always someone to speak with and keep me informed. I would highly recommend Jodi for any kind of real estate needs. Jodi and her staff were always courteous and h...elpful every time I called.

Great Service at Lightning Speed

I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation and thanks for the outstanding service Stacy and I received from you and your team. Strang Adams P.A. has exceeded our expectations and managed to close on our new house with just a single day's notice. Jodi and her team worked diligently and made ...the entire process easy and painless. Our bank gave us notice on Thursday morning that we could close on Friday afternoon. The Strang Adams team leaped into action and did whatever was necessary, pulling out all the stops to close our loan the next day to get us into our new house in time for the weekend. Stacy and I just want to thank you and everyone who worked on our closing.
