Excellent resource in difficult times

I visited Jeffrey Schatzman after a consultation I had with him over the phone. I had found myself in a difficult situation and had spoken to several local attorneys with some very specific questions and realized in short order than most were either not sufficiently knowledgeable or, not interested in helping. When I first called Mr. Schatzman's office, I was asked to leave a message and honestly thought I'd likely not hear back. To the contrary, he returned my call promptly and genuinely listened in detail, asked questions to get more details and then provided knowledgeable feedback. I felt I could trust him and that he would give me the facts without beating around the bush. I never felt judged, rushed or spoken down to despite the sensitive subject matter. He is now my go to for everything legal and he has also provided referrals in other businesses that have been equally professional and competent. What a great find! I would proudly recommend him for legal matters and if he doesn't cover it, he can likely send you in the right direction.

great work

Jeffrey Neil Schatzman and his firm did a find job in helping us secure assets in a business case/negotiation, as a creditor, from a bankrupt debtor. He followed the law carefully and also used a lot of human intuition to get to the best and most equitable result.

Coastal title

Coastal Title did an outstanding job in handling the closing of my home. When a search was conducted, there was a construction permit that was never closed out. To make matter worse the contractor was out of business. I could not proceed with my closing. Lisa stepped in. She put me in contact with another contractor who was willing to help close out this permit. Lisa followed up with the contractor and the county and I was able to close on time. To sum it up Coast did a “Great” job for me. To use any other title company is a big mistake.

Collection Matter - highly recommended and very professional

Professional Lawyer, Highly recommend

Mr Jeffrey Schatzman was recommended to me and I was very impressed with his professionalism. I was involved in a long family case which intern put me in financial dismay. Mr Schatzman was very understanding and reassuring that things will be ok. I was discharged of all my debt he made things painless. Terrific Lawyer - Made a Huge Difference

I retained Mr. Schatzman in the middle of a complicated case that involved bankruptcy, foreclosure and condominium association court related action. Jeff handled the case with a great amount of skill and expertise. All of his legal decisions were based on thoroughly researched fact and tempered with the client’s financial practicalities. He successfully guided me through a maze of court orders and legal hearings that lasted over two years. I was lucky to have Jeff litigate this case for me. Highly-recommended, professional attorney

Mr. Jeff Schatzman is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We were going through a very difficult bankruptcy case that we didn't think we could get through, but we followed Jeff's advice and he came through flawlessly and helped us out of our crisis. His secretary, Raquel, was also a huge help with getting all information needed to file, which seemed never ending! Needless to say, she basically held our hand the whole way.
