Issues with pay being withheld
I contacted this office regarding my job refusing to pay me for work and I can honestly tell you Keith answered the phone and was very attentive, professional and advised me on everything to do and IT WORKED. I received my pay today from that job and I feel great. I would recommend this office and service to anyone who needs help.

Great attorney they know what are they doing

Hard working attorney

Wrongful termination claim and Overtime claim.
I contacted Keith M. Stern firm when I was trying to file a lawsuit to my former employer. Mr. Stern told me what he can do it and what I should do it in order to sue my employer. I agreed with his advise, however, after our conversation I received from my employer a Severance pay offer and I notified about that to Mr. Stern. He advised me to review carefully the offer received and take a decision about it. I decided to take the Severance pay offered from my employer.

Not your average lawyer.. He is the best!!
My case started with the Big guy Morgan and Morgan but because their so Big it turned out to be a conflict of interest and I was referred to Keith and couldn't of been happier. He took my case which could of been straight forward except my case found its way in front of a not so conventional judge. Keith always communicated and if I didn't understand something he was more than happy to break it down and reassure me the fight was not over regardless of how many times the judge tried to knock it down.. In the end we prevailed and I couldn't be more than happy with the result.. I would recommend him on all levels ...his expertise..his personableness..his professionalism and his determination for the underdog. Definitely not your average lawyer.

No need to worry!
Keith Stern was great! I was very skeptical about pursuing anything towards a previous employer but I knew I was treated unfairly. When I had my consult with him he made me feel at ease and anything I did not understand he patiently explained to me everything step by step. Even through the whole process he made sure I understood the next step and what reactions I may receive and made sure I wasn't discouraged even though this was a very odd case at times. Surprisingly he answered emails and text messages late at night! I have already referred him to a few people and will continue to tell friends and family of the great experience I had with Keith and his office. And again Thank you Keith!
