During the month of December 2014 my husband got arrested and he needed a criminal lawyer to defend him with his felony case. I went online and did some research and came across the law offices of Hager & Schwartz. I read the reviews and most of them were five stars and the outcome of the cases were ...mostly dismissed. When I saw that I immediately told my husband that this law office can help you fight your case and we made a decision to hire Brett Schwartz. When we visited the office it was very welcoming and professional. The Secretary was very nice and helpful and assists us the best way possible. Furthermore that's when we met Brett and told him about the charges and his word was thAt this case is a peace of cake and he can get the charges dropped and he did. The case lasted for at least 8 months. During those months it was very stressful for me and my husband but through it all God sent Brett to do his job and got my husband into a program even though a first the prosecutors wanted jail time. But we prevailed and I am so very thankful to Brett with his professionalism, honesty, and be straight forward from the beginning. I am truly greatful for Brett and his Secretary Thuy work.

I highly recommend the law firm Hager & Schwartz PA. Mr. Schwartz handled my battery/domestic violence case in such a professional and expedient manner. My wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary in South Beach, Florida when a hotel staffer turned what should have been the happiest vacation ...into our worst nightmare. The second night of our stay we went out clubbing, celebrating our anniversary. When we arrived back at the hotel later that night, my wife and I had an argument that resulted in a 911 call from the hotel front desk clerk. The hotel staff member called 911 and told the police we were fighting. When the police arrived, they stated; “When a 911 call is made in Florida and the caller is alleging harm, someone had to be arrested” and escorted me to jail. Since the alleged victim was my wife, the police arrested me for domestic violence. I spent the next 2 days in jail waiting for an arraignment and bail. He promised he would do everything within his power to help me. He even gave me his cell number to call anytime to discuss my concerns. In addition, as promised his firm acted immediately on my behalf. The results from Mr. Schwartz far exceeded my expectations. At the first sounding, he had my case dismissed and is currently having my case expunged. I never expected this to happen so quickly given the current media coverage and national outrage concerning domestic violence. Being from out of state, I cannot thank Mr. Schwartz enough for handling our case so quickly and effectively and keeping us informed of the process along the way. Thank you again-
