I think it is pretty common knowledge these days that when a man is accused of domestic violence by a woman, his guilt is presumed and the system often has little interest in considering his side of the story. I highly recommend the law firm Hager & Schwartz PA. Mr. Schwartz handled my battery/domestic violence case in such a professional and expedient manner. My wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary in South Beach, Florida when a hotel staffer turned what should have been the happiest vacation ...into our worst nightmare. The second night of our stay we went out clubbing, celebrating our anniversary. When we arrived back at the hotel later that night, my wife and I had an argument that resulted in a 911 call from the hotel front desk clerk. The hotel staff member called 911 and told the police we were fighting.
