We hired Brett Schwartz to help us out with the most horrible experience that happened to us November 2015. He was there with us from start to finish keeping us posted with each and every change, always there to answer our phone calls and if he couldn’t answer something at that moment he would defin...itely look into it and call us right back with an answer. He worked with our family very closely and we couldn’t of asked for a better outcome. I would highly recommend Brett Schwartz for my defense if ever needed again. The staff was amazing as well always there for anything and everything that we needed. Brett has also become a very good friend calling to make sure everything is ok, and very comforting. If I’ve needed help despite case has been closed for over a year he is always there for me. Can’t ask for any better support than that. I’m in good hands.

You can expect h...im to be responsive, quick-thinking, a problem solver and someone who truly has YOUR best interests at heart. He is also a genuinely caring person who is sensitive to your case and the stress it may cause. He goes above any beyond to ensure you are well taken care of. His assistant, Thuy, is also incredibly responsive and goes above and beyond. I hope I don't require a lawyer again...but I would go back to Brett without blinking.

There are not enough positive things I can say about Attorney Brett Schwartz and his stellar representation of a member of my family. I am an attorney myself and was frightened when a close family member was charged, and overcharged, with multiple criminal offenses. They were not blameless, but the ...charges if left undefended could have let to massive fines and even incarceration, for someone with no serious criminal convictions. We called Attorney Schwartz in what I would say was a state of panic, and fear, and by the end of a 10 minute phone call his words “I can help” were what we needed to hear and in fact, completely true, as the case ended with no convictions, no jail time, no fines, and only a probationary period. His decades of experience as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, give him experience and knowledge of the criminal court system that cannot be duplicated, and help the firm to achieve the best possible results. Not only did Brett Schwartz go above and beyond his obligations to attend to our case, he was available literally 24/7 for any and all questions and concerns, explained the plan and what we had to do on our end, and followed through every step of the way to achieve what he had informed us was possible for these charges. In addition his staff were helpful, friendly, and copied us on things like answers and filings, so we were always up to date on the status of things, and not fearful of what was going on. When you are going through something as scary as the criminal justice system, the humanity of dealing with such a caring and competent law firm is invaluable. I would highly recommend the office of Hager and Schwartz in the future for anyone needed legal assistance in Florida. They were excellent.

Hired Brett to take care of my son's problem and taking in consideration I was overseas at the time and found him through Avvo, let's say I was bit apprehensive of what I was going to get and if I was throwing my money away. But hey, I ended up hitting the lotto (and I can say that by bad experiences... I had with other attorneys I hired in the past for different cases) and Brett lived up to all of my expectations and more. He was not cheap, but boy he was worth every penny! What I liked the most was that he was available every time I called him and his assistant was on the money too responding to my emails promptly. My son's case was finalized and the outcome was pretty much what we anticipated. I definitely recommend Brett to anyone who is in search of an honest attorney (kinda a hard these days...) and hard worker and most importantly he is there for you any time you call.
