Mr. Sibirsky and Flor are one of a kind! They worked diligently on my case, taking into account every possible detail that may have affected its outcome. My petition was filed and approved in 2014 (immigrant visa). I was by numerous lawyers told that because of my age my process would take up to 7 yrs. In 2014, I was 20 yrs old. That's the age my petition was filed and approved. I have been waiting for almost 3yrs. I was contacted multiple times by th...e USCIS re: my case and we responsed promptly, little did I know that the lawyer I used had neglected my case. Because of the frustration and stress I was under going I decided to apply for a non-immigrant visa to the US because I saw that there was no other way out. When I went to the embassy in October 2016 I was denied entry to the US apparently because I had a filing case but wasn't sure of what was next nor how far my process was. So I arrived at my appointed consultation time and was impressed.I was greeted right away and in no time met with Mr. Sibirsky (Unusual in South Florida). I'm Cuban on deport status for past mistakes and with hopes Mr. Sibirsky would help in lifting that status. By the way I walked into the appointme...nt knowing there would be a slim chance but I owed it to myself and my family to at least make the effort. As I expectected Mr. Sibirsky reaffirmed my thoughts but did it with a lot knowledge and grace and showed me law statues for my particular cases. He offered to extend my visit and look into my situation further as soon as I had other documents he requested. Base on what he spoke to me about i will not be looking for a sexond opinion as i believe his words were sencere .I high recommend Mr. Sibisky he is professional/compationate and I would trust him (trust is a big work in today society) with any Imagration issue I would have. Just remember to trust the process and be a good person here and anywhere and any situation we are placed.
