We ended up not have to hire a lawyer since our I-485 unexpectedly got approved after uploading a simple letter to the USCIS, but Mr. Sibirsky took his precious time to discuss option with us on the phone and he was a) very competent and b) a very nice person who gave us the feeling we are in best ha...nds. I hired Mr Sibirsky right after consultation. My previous attorney made a mistake in my already complicated case and my status hadn't changed for years!!! My petition was filed and approved in 2014 (immigrant visa). I was by numerous lawyers told that because of my age my process would take up to 7 yrs. In 2014, I was 20 yrs old. That's the age my petition was filed and approved. I have been waiting for almost 3yrs. I was contacted multiple times by th...e USCIS re: my case and we responsed promptly, little did I know that the lawyer I used had neglected my case. Because of the frustration and stress I was under going I decided to apply for a non-immigrant visa to the US because I saw that there was no other way out.
