As I was searching for the BEST immigration attorney in Florida to handle a delicate RFE (Request for Evidence) notice sent to my wife who immigrated to the US on a K1 visa, Daniel Sibirsky's name was the FIRST to pop up. Upon meeting him, my wife and I instantly felt as if we had a "friend" and a true ally to help us fight our case; He made us feel confident as he intricately devised a strategy for winning the case, detailing every document that we should acquire in order to demonstrate financial co-mingling. After two months of gathering documents, Mr. Sibirsky prepared a winning argument that forced USCIS to approve our 'Removal of Conditions' on my wife's green-card.
