Excellent attorney for my post-dissolution judgment collection case
My husband owed me about $300,000. after my divorce, which I tried to collect on my own with no success. I hired Ms. Perez because she has a reputation for being relentless and a tough litigator. Plus, she is very attentive to client's needs and concerns. After 2 years of very contentious litigati...

Excellent
I hired Ms. Perez after receiving a letter of complaint/investigation from the Department of Health. Her response was prompt, professional and highly effective. She kept me well informed at all times which I appreciate very much. She convinced the Department to close the investigation. I'm truly gr...
"I have had the pleasure of knowing Elizabeth for over 5 years. She is the attorney I always reach out to when any health law related issues arise. She is knowledgable, professional and passionate. There is not anyone else that I would trust with a health law related issue other than Elizabeth. I highly recommend her. She is a terrific attorney."
"I write to highly endorse my colleague, Elizabeth Perez, Esq. Her comments to questions posed by visitors to AVVO'S website, which I have read for some time now, are uniformly insightful and demonstrative of a bona fide desire to effectively and personably resolve difficult issues, not simply billing those troubled with such issues. The public's perception of lawyers in general, whether an accurate one in some cases, or one which has been engendered by the legal equivalent of poor "bedside manner", which is an issue for some lawyers, has led to a problematic and dim view of our profession as a whole. And one which is only growing, by the way. It really is a difficult issue and often interferes with the initial creation of a the attorney-client relationship, which must be a trusting one to be effective. In reading Ms. Perez's client reviews, it is clear that she, as a colleague and fellow professional in our community, is doing her part to reverse this trend and that is encouraging."

Favorable for client
The Department of Health renewed my client's license
Client was not sanctioned by Board of Medicine and her medical license was not affected
The Board of Pharmacy/Department of Health closed the case.
The Board did not revoke my client's medical license and instead ordered probation and other sanctions and fines, which my client complied with and has continued practicing as a physician.
Case closed as a minor infraction not considered disciplinary action.
