I’m the Brian from 2016 review and I just want to say. Life happens and everyone makes errors. Even me. Hey people. I had hired This firm in 2015-16. We had a falling out. I had posted a bad review. I even ended up in federal prison. After i got out I went directly to her to air my grievance. I a...dmitted my faults and she saw hers too. My case was a super up hill battle and it probably was a long shot. And to find out years later the other lawyer in case and client hide things from us. Which in turn cause Sharp and I problems. Do i wish she woulda hung in there and all. Yes. We are all people. She is human and human is to error from time to time. After us talking she has given me her personal cell number so i can text and get advise on my pro se case. And has asked nothing in return. I have also gotten to know her on a more personal level and feel she really did have my best interest at heart. I’m sure im not her only client ever and in talking to her she still remembers some of my personal details. I get not everyone is happy 100 percent of the time. Cool off evaluate things. Write an email don’t be mean. But you can point out what you felt went wrong. And she can show what why when. Most people only post bad reviews and not many good ones. Im guilty of that and now im on a mission to grade a score taking in account for what did happen.

As a 3-time educated woman myself, I have always been impressed and happy to have her heat by my side for legal matters. Her practice utilizes an experienced paralegal whenever possible to save you money. She is conscientious of your families wishes and does her best to meet your financial agenda. Lindsey is honest. There are no surprises in potential decisions made by the court. Lindsey is personable. She speaks to you as if you are friends, she knows about your children, she focuses on what matters and encourages what's best for the child, even if in the moment of heartache you do not want to hear that. I, as a parent, and as a person with experience in the legal field, would not recommend you use any other attorney for your family's needs.

Hired Lindsey for 2 cases. The first she followed thru on and I went with her flow on everything, even though I did not agree I was nieve and scared. The second case was a result of the first and I wanted to go after the culprit. We started. We had an extremely strong case. I was constantly reas...sured “we got her.” Then the money became an issue. She kept demanding more and more money but was doing nothing! When I started advising on what motions to file and how to proceed and basically called her out with regards to the language in HER AGREEMENT, she called me difficult and dropped me like a ball, greatly harming my position..... this after $7000+.... it’s all about getting the retainer and blowing thru it folks..... and her way or the Highway. If you have an endless bank account and masking tape to keep your mouth shut..... this is your girl!
