We advise the client to allow us to work on reaching a full or partial settlement agreement before filing to save the cost and aggravation of a prolonged contested diviorce. The Courts require mediation during the case, we sometimes use presuit mediation. If a contested case is necessary we have the staff and resources to pursue the goals of our client. We are experienced and handle cases in the surrounding counties on a regular basis.

We have been preparing prenuptial, antenuptial agreements for over 25 years. It is important to work closely with any estate planning professional the client has to make sure the prenuptial agreement is not in conflict with their estate planning documents.
