I moved my family across the Country for a child custody matter that Lindsey said would be a "slam dunk" if I lived closer. She further guaranteed that I would have my case done in about 3 months. She also promised that she would charge me x, and that she would let me pay as we go. Well, all of t...hat ended once we hit the State. The cost went up, the case prolonged and the promises disappeared. She refused to press hard when we had clear, convincing evidence of tampering and perjury on the other side of my case. This I found out was to prolong the matter and to keep billing. Once the money ran out, so did she. Do not believe her when she promises you anything.

Ms. Sharp will play off your emotions and will not have you or your child's best interest at heart. She does not respond to emails or return phone calls in timely manner. She is money hungry and will bill and bill and use your retainer quickly and make false promises. Be careful. They are a lot of go...od lawyers to choose from and she is not one of them!

Hired Lindsey for 2 cases. The first she followed thru on and I went with her flow on everything, even though I did not agree I was nieve and scared. The second case was a result of the first and I wanted to go after the culprit. We started. We had an extremely strong case. I was constantly reas...sured “we got her.” Then the money became an issue. She kept demanding more and more money but was doing nothing! When I started advising on what motions to file and how to proceed and basically called her out with regards to the language in HER AGREEMENT, she called me difficult and dropped me like a ball, greatly harming my position..... this after $7000+.... it’s all about getting the retainer and blowing thru it folks..... and her way or the Highway. If you have an endless bank account and masking tape to keep your mouth shut..... this is your girl!

Lindsay Sharp will tell you what you want to hear, take your money and then you will sit for a year. We paid a retainer in October 2015, the check was cashed the very same day however nothing was done until February 2016. We have never received a itemized bill (even after several requests) of where t...he funds were spent even to this day! (December 20,2016). We were told the process would take a couple months to get into court and it was delayed for a full year. This attorney did a decent job with my husbands case years back so I hired her for my own case as well as my sons. After being told no more money on my case ( this is after 2 years with no resolution)she withdrew herself and left me high and dry. On my sons case we were told we were difficult clients when we demanded answers. Bottom line.... don't waste your time or money on this one

This is my personal experience and feelings. I hired this lawyer to handle two cases. She has never completed either to fullest as requested. She refused to take one case further and second one she filed and I'm in the middle now she bailing on me cause poor communication. She is bailing out cau...se she and her staff failed to communicate properly, and I called them out on it. I gave her money, one with receipt and one I never got receipt. She stated she did what ever for a flat fee. I never agreed and there's nothing in writing. She then decided that she was going to deal with any and all cases. I never authorized her to do any thing else. Not trying to bash her. It may not be her, could be the staff? Either way I spent money never got fully taken care of. The law firm spent my money but no receipts??? Now written or verbal agreement? HIRE AT OWN RISK. Just be careful and don't let them blow you off. If her or staff say some thing I'd check every day. I wouldn't walk away ever with out receipts or written agreements.
