My wife (Dr. Tara A. Forcier, M.D.), and I have been devoted to helping families and children since we first met, almost twenty years ago. While she cares for children through her medical practice as a pediatrician, I work with families to help resolve conflict in a way that protects their children.  We both serve on the Board of Directors of our youngest son's non-profit school, and on the Board of Directors of our local soccer club, Satellite Beach Soccer, where I also coach our two eldest children's teams.

From day one, Joel was my advocate. His kind and professional demeanor was demonstrated throughout the entire process. Divorce can be so emotional but Joel helped me look at my situation objectively. The best interest of my children was consistently a priority. Joel's experience in mediation put me at ease as far as realistic expectations with not only the custody of my children, but also with my financial future.

Joel was excellent I would offer the highest recommendation to him.
In the midst of a terrible situation Joel's calming professionalism got me through. He and his team were thoroughly prepared. Joel explained all aspects and possible outcomes of my case to me. He was always available to take my calls or get back to me quickly if he was busy. I had, and still have, total confidence in him. Absolutely the best choice!

Stay-at-home Mom
Joel and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. As a stay-at-home mom, my main concern was custody/parenting time with my child. Joel's PEACE method (parenting, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, everything else) was on par with my own philosophy for order of importance. By using his skills as a mediator, Joel was able to secure my parenting time and financial security.

Hire this lawyer! You will not regret it.
I am a single father with custody of my two daughters. Over the past six years, I have been involved in various legal disputes with my ex-wife, the latest being a custody issue.
