At Amy B. Van Fossen, P.A., we focus on estate planning, elder law, and closely related practice areas. Our goal is to help our valued clients protect everyone they love, everything they own, and realize their dreams for the future. I earned my Bachelor's Degree at Rollins College and Law Degree at Barry University School of Law. I am licensed to practice law accross Florida. I am a member of the Brevard County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the Middle District of Florida. I am also a member of Elder Counsel and active in the community, supporting organization for the empowerment of youth.
I was named the Brevard County Schools Small Business of the Year in April of 2016. I am a proud business partner with the Brevard Schools Business Partnership program.
