I scheduled one of these "5 minute phone consultations," and received no call. At 20 minutes past our scheduled call time, I called the office and was advised that the attorneys previous call had run over. but he would call me as soon as it was finished. He never called. I called back again about ...a half an hour after, but the offices were closed by then. I sent many many emails,.but no response by email or phone ever came. But Rumph makes certain to get her 'marketing'' emails sent out diligently. If she and her staff can't even honor their commitment to a phone call, a "Five whole minute" phone call, they certainly can't be trusted to honor any commitment to your case.
