also known as Tenant's Clinic, The Law Offices of Debi V. Rumph
Attorney Debi V. Rumph is an Orlando native of 38 years, with strong ties to the community where she lives and serves.
Debi graduated from UCF in the Legal Studies program in 1995. After graduating from the University of Florida, College of Law, Debi focused in construction law, commercial landlord tenant law, and general commercial litigation at a major and national law firm. Following that experience, Debi taught at the FAMU College of Law as a professor of law for 3 years. While a law professor, she became a published scholar.
After becoming a published scholar, Debi established the Residential Real Estate Law Firm, which provided services in the areas of: landlord and tenant, real estate closings, homeowner disputes with homeowner associations and insurance companies, and construction law. The Residential Real Estate Law Firm also provided services in the areas of wills, probate, living wills, and guardianships.
In an attempt to further develop her practice in residential real estate, Debi obtained her real estate license in 2007, and she also received extensive title insurance training. Therefore, Debi has received extensive training in her practice area.
In early 2012, the Residential Real Estate Law Firm’s name was changed to The Law Offices of Debi Rumph, with some changes in focused areas but a renewed commitment to the core values, mission and vision of Debi V. Rumph, Attorney at Law.

A waste of Time
Never received a scheduled call as promised. Never received the intake paperwork. I have to assume that the negative reviews speak for themselves. Don’t even waste your time calling this office
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced. We understand the importance of timely communication and scheduled appointments, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations. We were unable to locate your scheduled appointment in our system. Please let us know the date and time of your appointment and we will research further. We recently discovered that a new team member, who is currently in training, missed reviewing emails as part of their onboarding process. This oversight may have contributed to the missed scheduled call and lack of intake paperwork. We take full responsibility for this error and are actively working with the team member to address the issue and prevent similar situations in the future. We value your time and would like to make this right. Please let us know how we can best accommodate you and reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We are committed to improving our processes and ensuring that all clients receive the prompt and professional service they deserve. Thank you for your understanding.

Insult to injury
Here is the thoughtful review I wished I had available before I “hired” this woman. I had a landlord falsely accuse me of non-payment of rent, stalk and harass me for context. Your options with Debi Rumph: 1) a strategy session for $2,500 or 2) full representation for $5,000. Don't worry, these price...

Extremely unprofessional
I scheduled one of these "5 minute phone consultations," and received no call. At 20 minutes past our scheduled call time, I called the office and was advised that the attorneys previous call had run over. but he would call me as soon as it was finished. He never called. I called back again about ...

WASTED MONEY
Still trying to figure out why I paid for $4,000 in services and very little in return.
Ms. Spears, as I informed you in a letter this afternoon, I not only got you the relief that you sought, but I offered you additional free repeated, emergency services. It was in those free services that I advised you as to the weaknesses in your case. I did not make your facts or your evidence. From your most recent review, it appears as if you are dissatisfied with every attorney and landlord that you come into contact with. It all appears to all spiral into conflict. I am sorry that I cannot fix that. I also think that your review contains misstatements of fact. For the record, you paid me $1,500--and you paid the other attorney that you're complaining about $2,500. Also, my letter should have reminded you why you hired me and the results I obtained. Therefore, now, your recollection should be refreshed as to why you hired me. You made this negative review after I declined to do additional free, emergency work for you. As I have repeatedly told you, I hope that life gets better for you, and I wish you well.
"I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer. I worked with Ms. Rumph on a matter that was heavily litigated where she was opposing counsel. She is a zealous advocate for her clients, intelligent, extremely professional and very knowledgeable in her areas of specialty. I know any clients referred to her will be in good hands and their rights will be protected above and beyond."
