Awesome lawyer. I had ac issue in the house I was renting and the leasing company toiled around with fixing the AC unit for over a year. They keep just band aiding the issues. My entire family was sick on and off all year when I finally realized there must be mold and tested for it and sure eno...ugh the ac handler had mold in it. They then took 2 weeks just to come out and check it and another week to replace it. By this time I had already moved my family into another house and broke the lease. Debi not only got me my $1600 security deposit back and got us legally out of the lease 6 months early but also retrieved $2000 for back rent. Debi was awesome through the entire deal which the rental company attempted to drag out. She was on top of it week by week and kept me informed through email and phone calls through the e tire process. If you are looking for a lawyer who cares look no farther.
