Oh my goodness she is the best Lawyer i would highly recommend her to anyone having trouble with a land lord. I cannot stop sin...ging her praises.

I retained Debi Rumph because of what I read on her review as a good lawyer. My husband and I think that she’s not not experienced in landlord tenant eviction. Nevertheless my family have to move because the other party had a stronger and potential lawyer. In other words my lawyer didn’t give it all ...her endeavor in this case.

She had ideas about damages I could seek that I hadn't thought of, and I felt confident in her strategy and abilities so paid her $1500. Unfortunately years later, she has been wholly ineffective and just repeatedly expressed her lack of confidence in her ability to litigate the case successfully. She played no role in getting the collection attempt by my old property manager off my credit report-I did that on my own. She had no idea I wasn't on a month to month lease despite my furnishing her a copy of the annual lease. She asked me to find an expert to determine the value of my vintage wardrobe destroyed by the mold which was so severe the floor had rotted through in my apartment. This was after I sent actual receipts, which she then asked me to put on a spreadsheet for her. She had no idea how I could find such a person, but insisted it was necessary. Attorney Rumph also said after the fact that neither her fees nor the other attorneys fees were likely to be recoverable. She did nothing at all to help and just gave reason after reason why she couldn't or shouldn't move forward. It really seemed like she doesn't believe she can successfully argue on behalf of tenants. I wouldn't waste money on what turns out to be a consultation.

I contacted this attorney seeking help with tenant's rights law. Her and her staff were incredibly helpful and provided me with the knowledge with different alternatives that I could use from doing the job myself, to working minimally with them, to hiring them completely. Ultimately, based on the inf...ormation they provided, I made an attempt with this new information to resolve the issue amicably, and it worked out great. I am very grateful to these attorneys for their help and support.
