also known as Tenant's Clinic, The Law Offices of Debi V. Rumph
Attorney Debi V. Rumph is an Orlando native of 38 years, with strong ties to the community where she lives and serves.
Debi graduated from UCF in the Legal Studies program in 1995. After graduating from the University of Florida, College of Law, Debi focused in construction law, commercial landlord tenant law, and general commercial litigation at a major and national law firm. Following that experience, Debi taught at the FAMU College of Law as a professor of law for 3 years. While a law professor, she became a published scholar.
After becoming a published scholar, Debi established the Residential Real Estate Law Firm, which provided services in the areas of: landlord and tenant, real estate closings, homeowner disputes with homeowner associations and insurance companies, and construction law. The Residential Real Estate Law Firm also provided services in the areas of wills, probate, living wills, and guardianships.
In an attempt to further develop her practice in residential real estate, Debi obtained her real estate license in 2007, and she also received extensive title insurance training. Therefore, Debi has received extensive training in her practice area.
In early 2012, the Residential Real Estate Law Firm’s name was changed to The Law Offices of Debi Rumph, with some changes in focused areas but a renewed commitment to the core values, mission and vision of Debi V. Rumph, Attorney at Law.

Landlord/Tenant
I retained Debi Rumph because of what I read on her review as a good lawyer. My husband and I think that she’s not not experienced in landlord tenant eviction. Nevertheless my family have to move because the other party had a stronger and potential lawyer. In other words my lawyer didn’t give it all ...
I am so sorry you lost your eviction case. However, the people who must give it the case their all most is the client. As you know, I warn all of my potential eviction clients, that tenants MUST deposit the disputed rent into the court's registry, or the chances of getting evicted are very HIGH. I also warn tenants in advance: if you fail to make the rent deposit, there is little I will likely be able to do for you. You didn't make the deposits. When a tenant fails to take my advice, they proceed at their own peril. Again, I am sorry you had that experience. I would recommend following your attorney's advice in the future.

Ms. Spears, as I informed you in a letter this afternoon, I not only got you the relief that you sought, but I offered you additional free repeated, emergency services. It was in those free services that I advised you as to the weaknesses in your case. I did not make your facts or your evidence. From this review, it appears as if you are dissatisfied with every attorney and landlord that you come into contact with. It all appears to all spiral into conflict. I am sorry that I cannot fix that. I also think that your review contains misstatements of fact. As I have repeatedly told you, I hope that life gets better for you, and I wish you well.

Excelent Tenant's Rights Attorney
I contacted this attorney seeking help with tenant's rights law. Her and her staff were incredibly helpful and provided me with the knowledge with different alternatives that I could use from doing the job myself, to working minimally with them, to hiring them completely. Ultimately, based on the inf...

Excellent lawyer
Debi helped me through a landlord dispute and she was so great all throughout. I was so thankful to have her as she did everything to return my refund.
"I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer. I worked with Ms. Rumph on a matter that was heavily litigated where she was opposing counsel. She is a zealous advocate for her clients, intelligent, extremely professional and very knowledgeable in her areas of specialty. I know any clients referred to her will be in good hands and their rights will be protected above and beyond."
